Cazmo.com is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or issue a gift certificate or refund according to our guarantee described.
To return or exchange an item within the 14 day return policy, please follow these simple steps:
Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
Obtain a gift return (GR) number by calling Customer Service, 718-234-3441 Mon. - Sat. 11a.m. - 6p.m.
Include the GR number in the following return shipping address:

Non-exchangeable gifts are the following:
Favors, Food Baskets, Gourmet Foods, Cakes, and Cookies of all kinds, Flowers and other perishable items.
For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Cazmo.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Cazmo.com will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
